Yummy Protein Shakes Recipes!

Health has become something I’ve really been focusing on lately!!! I work out every single day and now I drink yummy whey protein shakes after my workouts to improve my overall health!

Here’s a couple recipes I’ve come up with that I absolutely love and make being healthy fun and yummy!!!

Shake #1: Beach Day 

-One scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein (make sure your dosage is right for you so you don’t overdo it)

-Pineapple

-Pear

-Banana

-Spinach

-Kale

-Coconut Water

Shake #2: Tropical Creamsicle Heaven

-One scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein (make sure your dosage is right for you so you don’t overdo it)

-Pineapple

-Pear

-Spinach

-Carrots

-Orange Juice

-Honey

I never really measure out how much to put in the shake (except for the whey)…I just have fun with it and go off what I think will be the right amount!!!
