In case you all didn’t know, I’m originally from Portland, OR. If you have ever seen Portlandia, they pretty much hit the nail on the head. The city is full of eclectic, creative, and crazy artists. Makes sense I’m from there. I love listening to local Portland bands so I thought I’d do a top 5 of my current favorite bands from the area. Mind you, this is excluding The Shins…because they’re everyone’s favorite. Duh.
