DEVELOP GOOD SKIN HABITS
If you have good skin, developing good habits to take care of your skin will help keep your skin looking it’s best. The best tip I can give you is to keep your skin clean. Always wash your makeup off completely before you go to bed. It is important to get into those pores and open them up so water and air can get in and out. Many gals forget to wash their faces at night or are too lazy to wash their makeup completely off at night. The makeup is clogging your pores and over time will result in unhealthy looking skin. Make sure your skin is clean by using a nice scrub or facial cleanser and then moisturized it with a heavier night cream. Always use an eye cream to help prevent future wrinkles. Your skin repairs itself more intensely at night when you sleep so make sure you give it some help!
ALWAYS WEAR SUNSCREEN
One of the most important things you can do right now to keep yourself looking great as you get older is to protect your skin from the sun. The sun is stronger and harsher than it used to be so this means you must wear a good sunscreen that will protect you with both UVA and UVB protection. Even when the sun is not out the indirect rays can still cause damage to your skin so always apply sunscreen generously when you go outside. I suggest wearing a hat as well for double protection. Start staying out of the sun early so you can have lovely skin both now and later. Not only can the harmful rays damage your skin making you age prematurely but the sun can cause deadly skin cancer. Most older women who have sunspots and wrinkles will tell you that if they had to do it over again, they would have stayed away from the sun!
