This sweet and sultry look is not only eye-catching, but so simple to do! Follow the steps to this amazing every day look!
What you’ll need: A set of hair curlers, I use Conair Instant Heat Jumbo Rollers! Super cheap, and they get the perfect look! You’ll also need some bobby pins, some finishing paste, and of course, a good hairspray!
Step 1: Take a shower using whatever products you like the best, and blow dry your hair with a middle part!
Step 2: Section out your hair. We’ll curl the bottom first, and then the top! Roll the bottom part of you hair into the curlers up and down. Be careful when you roll your hair into the curlers, they’re very hot! I’ve burned myself one too many times!
Step 3: When you finish the bottom, move to the top! With this section, you’re going to roll your hair away from your face in a sideways motion. This will make it easier to pin your hair later.
Step 4: Let your hair set for 15 minutes. You don’t want to rush this part! The longer they stay in, the longer they’ll last.
Step 5: Take the rollers out and run your fingers through your hair. If you have naturally curly or frizzy hair like me, take a brush and lightly comb through your hair.
Step 6: Use the finishing paste to make the ends of your hair look a little more put together! Rub the product into your fingers and lightly twist your ends together. You don’t need to use a lot of product for this, just a dime’s worth.
Step 7: Separate the parts of your hair you want to pin back. I like to use a comb to make sure both sides are even.
Step 8: Lightly twist each side away from your face, and pin them in the back of your head. I used two bobby pins for each side.
Step 9: Lastly, use some hairspray!
And voila! The perfect every day sultry look!!
Note: You can use whatever paste or hairspray you prefer, but those are the ones that I find work the best!!
