Award season is finally upon us and it’s one of the most exciting times in fashion. I love seeing all the incredible pieces that stylists have picked out for their talented clients. It seems to be the year of metallic and red! I absolutely love both so I’m not complaining at all!!! Here’s my top 5 best dressed women of the 72nd Annual Golden Globes Awards!
Dakota Johnson in Chanel
Dakota will be starring in the upcoming and highly anticipated film 50 Shades of Grey…which I’m sure we’re all excited to see. I know my heart stopped when I watched the trailer for the first time!
Sienna Miller in Miu Miu
Sienna was in two amazing films based off of true stories this year: Foxcatcher and American Sniper (I cried my eyes out during this film). I love this bohemian-chic look she’s rocking here. If anyone can do it, it’s Sienna!
Taylor Schilling in Ralph Lauren
I’m quite obsessed with Taylor Schilling in this gorgeous Ralph Lauren. She looks so beautiful and classic. What a drastic change from Piper!!! Although, she’s just as beautiful in OiTNB. #fangirling
Julianna Moore in Givenchy
I hope to be as stunning as Julianne Moore when I’m 54! She’s such a siren in this gorgeous Givenchy metallic dress. Her performance as Dr. Alice Howland in Still Alice was chilling….what a wonder she is!
Allison Williams in Armani
Allison Williams of Girls looks like she just walked out of a fairytale and I’m in love with it!! Allison, you’re such a classic! I highly advise you stick to being a girl….you’re much too pretty to be playing young boys who fly around!
Special mention: Felicity Jones in Christian Dior
Because I’ve loved Felicity since Like Crazy and she looks like one gorgeous British queen tonight.
Odd one out: Keira Knightley in Chanel
This one deserved a mention just purely of r the fact that I’m still trying to figure it out. Maybe Keira is channeling her inner Little House on The Prairie because she’s expecting a baby? Either way, she still looks gorgeous. That dress though….
Leave a comment below and tell me: Who was your favorite this year and what did you think of Keira Knightley’s Chanel dress?
xoxo,
